The sweeping view from the dunes makes Embleton Bay a spectacular visitor attraction.  Edged by Jenny Bells Carr to the north and Greymare Rock to the south, the beach is sandy and safe for swimming.  Nearby Embleton has a pub and shops.  Dunstanburgh Castle also lies just to the south of the bay and there is wonderful walking along this stretch of coastline.

Northumberland’s coastline is nature’s very own breathtaking playground, where children’s imaginations can run free and grown-ups can escape!  Waves breaking, fresh sea air, the sand under your feet and stunning scenery – it’s truly a sensory delight.   Evoking such happy memories and a sense of well-being, you’ll want to return to Northumberland again and again.
