Season: summer
The harbour setting for this beach creates a town feel here, with easy access to genteel and Victorian East Cowes. Access is good, with beach huts behind the beach. As a town beach, it’s worth exploring the nearby eateries and shops, which are upmarket and laced with a maritime theme. As well as the ferry terminal to Southampton, the estuary on this side houses the Classic Boat Museum Gallery.
